Choose from over 70 different product categories online, click ‘Create Order’, and fill out our interactive ordering form.

2Upload your artwork

Depending on the product, we have a few different upload options. Some are a simple ‘select’ or ‘drag and drop’ of your artwork file. For other trickier setups, we upload the product template into our customer canvas for you to upload your design to so you can make sure it all fits within the parameters. Either way, we provide a realistic 3D proof of your design imposed on our products so you can be sure of what it’s going to look like before you hit print! We’ve also enabled resumable uploads which means if you lose connection while uploading a file, it will restart from where it left off! (Now that’s handy!)

3Choose your dispatch date

When you’re ready to place your order you’ll be faced with a range of dispatch options depending on the urgency of each job. Each job has a standard dispatch date depending on the product. But need it a little quicker? No worries! Pay a little extra and we’ll bump your job to the top of the print que. Your jobs not urgent? That’s also cool. We’ll give you a discount if you wait a little longer. We give you the power.

4Select your delivery

Our consolidated freight system allows you to add and remove products to and from a delivery, even if the orders weren’t placed together. This not only allows you to save on freight by grouping jobs together, but means you can place your orders as they come in and decide later what to send together where, if you hold orders back to wait for other jobs coming through the system, or release a job that was allocated to an existing delivery if it is now urgent.

5Choose your courier

View pricing and expected delivery times for each available courier to your area. This gives you the most up to date information to make an informed decision for every order.

6Track you order

Our state of the art ordering system allows you to see where your job is every step of the way, from ‘waiting approval’ right through to ‘packing’. We then show you live delivery tracking from the moment it leaves our door to arriving at yours.
