When you’re trying to create a successful and lucrative business, knowing what your clients want, need and value goes a very long way!

We’ve built the Your Clients feature directly into the CMS of our IBS Portal. Simply set up clients as you place orders for them and then track how often they're ordering, what they're not ordering, or, heaven forbid, whether they've stopped ordering from you altogether! Once you start using it, you’ll see it as a powerful tool to help you market effectively and grow your business.

How to make the most of this feature
The best way to use this to your advantage is to go back through your portal and update your previous orders with customer details. Then you have a full history and can start segmenting your marketing and tailoring your offerings to suit your clients. In addition to viewing historical orders, you can also see previous quotes and build out a clients favourite product. Rest assured this function is for your exclusive use only, no one else will have access or be able to use your client’s history (including us).

We know many of our resellers may not have a well constructed database of order history, so we trust this is a helpful way for you to manage this and enhance your relationship with your clients.
